A rare combination of fortuitous events.
We've had some good rain recently which means the falls in the Park are flowing well.
Plus on this day it was warm enough for Dawn not to be shivering which helped keep the image sharp for the long exposure to get the waterblur.
And last (but certainly not least) one of the most beautiful models I've had the privilege to shoot.
The falls were flowing so intensely that it was frothing around the narrow outlet between the rocks right back to the falls creating a natural bubble bath.
Can't decide between the crops. A beautiful girl in a beautiful landscape does make for a creative tension - when you crop how do you decide which to focus on? Beats me. Here's the close crop:[link]
