This shot of Alex is entirely lit by candles. You're looking at the light from 107 tealights ranked in two bookshelves on either side of her. Even so I had to shoot it at ISO 1000 and f/2.8 to even begin to get an image. Love candlelight but it's a bugger to work with.

The candle light really makes this shot! Alex's expression can be interpreted in severals ways which I think really adds a nice element to the picture. It could be longing....hunger....need....lust.
